Role Description
As a Teacher at Lightbridge Academy, you will take on a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Washington, PA. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, creating interactive and engaging classroom activities, fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment, and providing consistent communication to families about their child’s progress. You will also collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for each child and contribute to the positive culture at Lightbridge Academy.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Lesson Planning and designing engaging educational experiences
- Experience in Teaching and Training in early childhood or Pre-School environments
- Strong Communication skills, including collaboration with families and team members
- Passion for child Education and fostering a joyful learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching techniques
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to partnering with families
- Ability to meet licensing and state educational qualifications
