Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
- Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure a safe environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in direct support or a related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to work 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM shift.
- Availability to work two (2) weekends out of every month.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
