Light House Family Chiropractic is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our Pulaski team!
We are a family-focused chiropractic practice dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their health and well-being through personalized, gentle chiropractic care.
Our office serves patients of all ages, with a special passion for caring for pregnant moms, babies, and children.
We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized patient experience.
What You'll Do
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first face our patients see and an essential part of keeping our Pulaski office running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting patients and creating an exceptional patient experience
- Managing patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Answering phones and communicating professionally with patients
- Helping patients stay on track with their recommended care schedules
- Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
- Supporting the doctors with daily office flow
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Building genuine relationships with patients and their families
- Helping with patient communication and practice growth initiatives
Who We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with babies, children, and families
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy office
- Confident communicating with patients in person and over the phone
- A self-starter who takes initiative and notices what needs to be done
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- A team player who brings a positive attitude to work
Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
