Job Summary:
We are hiring an Assembly Technician with strong experience using a miter saw and performing accurate material cuts. This position involves precise cutting, basic assembly, and general shop work with aluminum and PVC composite materials. Deburring materials off of a CNC machine.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a miter saw to perform precise, clean cuts
- Measure, mark, and prepare materials for assembly
- Handle aluminum and PVC composite materials safely and efficiently
- Wiring Harnesses, Wiring Driver boxes, mounting LED fixtures
- Maintain tools and workspace in clean, organized condition
- Assist with general assembly and fabrication tasks
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proficiency with a miter saw (required)
- Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Basic math and tape-measure skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience in fabrication or manufacturing preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18/hour (commensurate with experience)
- 3-month evaluation period for full employment
- Flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
