Light Christian Academy – Union Campus is seeking a Teacher’s Aide/Monitor.Knowledge of Abeka curriculum and/or ACE curriculum is preferred.This is a part time hourly position.Pay rate is based on experience.Basic Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:1. Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, playgrounds, and other school areas to ensure safety and positive behavior.2. Help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all students.3. Support teachers and staff by assisting with transitions, activities, and routines.4. Encourage good behavior and help resolve minor conflicts among students.5. Monitor student conduct and report any concerns or incidents to school staff.6. Build positive relationships with students while promoting responsibility and respect.7. Assist with arrival, dismissal, and other school procedures.8.
