Job Title: Project Manager - Holiday Light Park Builds
Location: Houston, TX with travel to Houston, San Antonio, and Round Rock build sites
Job Type: Contract, Temporary, Seasonal
Dates: October 2026 through November 2026 as needed
Compensation: $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience
The Light Park is a high-volume drive-thru holiday experience. This role is hands-on field leadership during a condensed seasonal build window, requiring practical organization, clear communication, and daily onsite execution.
This year, we embark on the journey of "Aura" and help DJ Polar Ice throw the biggest holiday party around to power up The North Pole!

Position Overview: The Light Park is hiring a Project Manager to help lead setup and buildout for the 2026 season. You will help coordinate crews, materials, vendors, schedules, site progress, and daily priorities while we build Houston, San Antonio, and Round Rock locations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own Daily Build Progress
o Manage daily site build progress at assigned locations.
o Track what is complete, missing, or needs escalation.
o Keep crews on schedule and focused on priorities.
· Coordinate Crews, Vendors & Materials
o Coordinate labor crews, vendors, materials, equipment, and site needs.
o Verify materials, props, lighting, signage, and build components.
o Support Houston, San Antonio, and Round Rock locations as needed.
Qualifications:
o Project management, construction, event build, operations, or field supervisor experience.
o Willing and able to travel between Texas build locations.
o Strong communication and organization skills.
o Comfortable working outdoors and walking active job sites.
o Reliable transportation.
o Available October through November as needed.
Preferred Experience:
o Event production, construction, seasonal attraction, festival, or installation experience.
o Experience managing field crews.
o Familiarity with lighting, electrical, signage, logistics, or site setup.
o Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
