Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global sales and PLM teams to implement unified customer and product strategies.
- Analyze client organizational structures to effectively guide strategic business development initiatives.
- Oversee sales and demand-generation activities, ensuring timely delivery of accurate sales reports and insights.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships; engage with C-level decision-makers to establish strategic partnerships between senior leadership and client executives.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, FAEs, and management to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Coordinate effectively with business units and headquarters’ functional teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Drive new client acquisition in the North American region, demonstrating proven “ice-breaking” and relationship-building capabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, marketing, or key account management in cloud networking and AI-optical markets.
- This position is located in Bay Area, CA and requires the employee to be based in-state to meet customer and operational needs
- Demonstrated success in penetrating, developing, and managing key accounts.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of taking swift, independent action.
- Resilient under pressure from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling business proposals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, address, and drive mutually beneficial solutions.
