Our client is a Technology Consulting Firm that specializes in implementing permitting software solutions for public sector clients.
Your Role & Impact
As a Consulting Analyst, you will play a key support role on software implementation projects for public sector clients. This is a high-impact role ideal for those who enjoy organization, problem-solving, and working across teams. You will be trained on the job and supported by colleagues who value curiosity, communication, and initiative.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in internal and client meetings to capture notes, decisions, and next steps
- Maintaining structured documentation: action logs, task trackers, and status reports
- Supporting the setup and configuration of enterprise systems (e.g., workflows, templates – no coding required)
- Communicating updates and priorities with clarity and professionalism
- Learning tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and permitting platforms as needed
- Supporting cross-functional teams through changing timelines and evolving requirements

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree (3.0 GPA preferred) and 1–3 years of experience in project support, analysis, or related roles (internships count)
- Tech-curious: Strong interest in software and enterprise systems
- Technical skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Detail conscious: Organized, accurate, and reliable
- Flexible & solutions-oriented: Comfortable shifting priorities and stepping in proactively
- Great communicator: Strong written/verbal skills and virtual collaboration
- Hybrid-capable: Able to work 2–3 days/week in Irvine office; occasional CA site visits (valid CA driver’s license & reliable transportation required); flexible availability during business hours between 8:00AM – 6:00PM; ability to work occasional on weekends depending on client needs
- Legally eligible: Authorized to work in the U.S., able to clear background checks (including MVR) and E-Verify
TERMS
This will initially start as a 6-month, paid fellowship managed by LiftHER Career. You will receive coaching, mentorship and support from LiftHER Career to ensure success during this initial period. After that, this may be converted into a full-time, permanent role based on performance.
Estimated hourly rate: $20-$25/hour.
