Role Description
The End-User Sales Specialist - Entry Level is a full-time, remote position that requires up to 75% travel. This role involves engaging with end-users on behalf of our distributor partners to provide training, sling inspections and general sales visits to understand their needs, providing tailored product recommendations. When not traveling, you will work as part of our customer service team answering and responding to customer inquiries, entering orders into our order system, etc.
Qualifications
- Cheerful and positiver personality.
- Physically capable to complete day-long and multi-day sling inspections in an industrial environment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and meet client needs.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently analyze customer requirements.
Training
- Willingness to learn and grow, with an interest in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- You will be provided with company-paid industry training and certification
Education
- We will consider enthusiastic and reliable candidates with any level of education and experience, including recent graduates.
