As a Sales Manager, you’ll:

• Lead the sales team with a focus on achieving department goals and profitability.
• Set a clear vision for sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic.
• Manage vehicle appraisals and negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans to address any shortfalls.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team.
• Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years in dealership operations and at least 1 year in sales management or auto finance.
• Passion for Sales: Proven track record in delivering results and driving team success.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Commitment to providing a world-class customer experience.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Tucson, prior to starting.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Competitive compensation: $100,000 - $175,000 per year (including bonus and commission pay)
