Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Sales:
• Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products that enhance their experience, including vape, smoke, and glass products.
• Promote additional products and loyalty programs to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Store Operations:
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Restock and manage inventory efficiently.
• Handle POS systems and balance registers accurately.
• Team Collaboration:
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and evaluations.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Age 21 or older (Required).
• Excellent time management skills (Required).
• Self-reliability in performing tasks independently. (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (Required).
• Strong knowledge of vape and smoke products (highly appreciated).
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and late nights.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience and performance).

Schedule:
