Parts Representative

Lift Truck Center, Inc., the authorized dealer for Toyota, a leading brand of lift trucks, is growing and searching for parts representatives that are looking for and will contribute to a positive culture. This is a lesser-known but growing industry that offers paid training, steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and long-term career growth.     

Position Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt               

Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30

Experience: High school diploma or GED required, plus either one year of related experience or a one-year college certificate. Basic knowledge of parts, inventory systems, and customer service is preferred.

Job Summary: The Parts Representative works directly with customers and technicians to identify, source, sell, and manage parts, while maintaining inventory and ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

Essential Functions: 

• Handle parts sales, quoting, invoicing, and customer service (in person and by phone)
• Manage inventory, including stocking, tracking, and resolving discrepancies
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers
• Participate and training and continuous process improvement

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to identify parts needs and make sound business decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and parts/inventory systems
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge of lift trucks perferred
• Reliable, organized, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency
