We are hunting for a powerhouse Forklift & Heavy Equipment Service Mechanic to deploy to client sites, crush complex mechanical puzzles, and join our league of master technicians. Requirements: Valid U.S. driver’s license and successful completion of a background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Your Daily Impact
- Master Diagnostics: Dominate troubleshooting on forklifts, cranes, excavators, and massive industrial machinery using advanced OEM schematics.
- Systems Expert: Decode complex electrical networks, hydraulic systems, advanced transmissions, and heavy-duty diesel engines.
- Electrical & Diagnostic Fluency: Expert ability to command a digital multimeter/voltmeter to track down shorts, voltage drops, and sensor failures, paired with proficiency in modern diagnostic software.
- Precision Execution: Execute bumper-to-bumper overhauls, brake rebuilds, suspension tuning, tire servicing, and custom component assembly.
- Predictive Maintenance: Outsmart breakdowns before they happen by conducting elite preventative servicing to maximize machine lifespans.
- Safety & Craftsmanship: Command hand, power, and welding tools safely while keeping flawless digital logs of your work.
What You Bring to the Shop
- Battle-Tested Experience: Proven track record as a heavy equipment, agricultural, or dealership technician.
- Technical Mastery: Deep mechanical intuition for diesel powerplants, complex hydraulics, electrical grids, and mobile HVAC units.
- Your Own Arsenal: Ownership of a complete set of basic mechanic's hand tools up to 1-1/4” and standard air/impact tools. A digital multimeter is also required. We assist with specialty items.
- Software Savvy: Highly proficient with modern automotive and industrial diagnostic software tools
- Physical Resilience: Built for a fast-paced environment and capable of heavy lifting with zero hesitation.
- Client-Facing Professionalism: Elite communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and repair pathways directly to clients.
