You will help pack and protect items, organize and stage belongings, and follow direction from team leads or supervisors to complete jobs safely and efficiently. Responsibilities also include assisting with storage moves, hauling away unwanted items, and supporting light demolition tasks such as removing fixtures, cabinets, or non-structural materials as directed. You will be expected to follow all safety procedures, use moving and demolition tools properly, maintain a clean work area, and provide courteous, professional customer service on every job. On-call availability means accepting assignments as they arise, including possible early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on customer demand.

Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy items repeatedly, including furniture and equipment, using proper body mechanics and moving tools.
- Experience or strong aptitude in moving, storage, hauling, or related physical labor (construction, warehouse, delivery) is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and equipment used for light demolition and item disassembly/assembly, or willingness to learn.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and responsiveness to on-call scheduling; ability to work variable hours as assignments come in.
- Professional, respectful customer service skills, including clear communication and a team-oriented mindset on job sites.
- Attention to detail when handling customers’ belongings, including careful packing, wrapping, and securing items for transport.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach various job sites in and around Plano, TX; ability to pass any required background checks.
- Comfort working in different environments (indoors/outdoors, varied weather conditions) and standing, bending, or walking for extended periods.
