Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop group fitness instructors across all Florida clubs
- Maintain class schedules and regional sub lists
- Ensure all instructors maintain valid certifications (Group Fitness, CPR/AED)
- Conduct virtual and in-person class audits for quality and consistency
- Support Club and Fitness Managers with scheduling, coaching, and engagement Partner on presale events and local member activations
- 3 years of multi-site or regional group exercise leadership preferred
- Nationally recognized certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams remotely
- Willingness to travel 30–50% across South Florida
