- Work with management to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop working relationships within colleges and trade schools to aid in recruiting
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, military, and employees
- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
- Coordinate college and trade school recruiting initiatives
- Develop a pool of candidates in advance of need
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Utilize the internet for recruitment
- Post positions to appropriate internet sources
- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
- Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply Human Resource best practices
- Promote Lift Power reputation as "best place to work"
- Accept other duties as assigned
