Outside Sales Specialist:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Outside Sales Specialist out of our Aerial division. The Outside Sales Specialist is a liaison between our customers and the service/parts department supplying Aerial equipment enhancements to our existing clientele while growing our customer base through multiple customer contact applications across Central Pennsylvania.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for maintaining existing customer base by providing outstanding customer service and relationship building
- Maximize new business opportunities through cold calling and customer visits
- High level of responsiveness and follow-through to customer inquiries and needs
- Complete all relevant aspects related to the sales process
- Daily interaction with customers
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be over the age of 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience with Microsoft Office
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three to Five (3-5) years of sales experience
- Previous experience developing new business and cold calling
- Knowledge of forklifts
- Ability to follow directions both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on a variety of job tasks
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
