The parent company provides strong technical support and industry expertise, enabling the U.S. team to access proven methodologies and solutions.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to help expand our U.S. business. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your client network and industry experience, working closely with the founder and leadership team to shape project strategy and company growth in the Dallas market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new client relationships and leverage existing industry contacts to generate business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to provide accurate quotes and solutions
Negotiate contracts, manage project hand-offs, and ensure smooth client communication
Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Mentor junior sales staff and support team development
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT, system integration, ICT, or security solutions projects
Proven client network capable of bringing immediate project leads
Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, Engineering, Business Management or related field
Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to operate independently and hit ambitious sales targets
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel as required
