What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Housekeeper position at LifeWorx?
We're looking for a professional housekeeper with excellent experience in private homes and strong time management skills. The ideal candidate is organized, diligent, respectful, energetic and professional with positive attitude. Experience working in a 5000sq.ft. house is required. Must be a pet lover and comfortable around two large dogs. The position will start in November 2026.
Schedule: 4-5 days a week - at least 6 hours per day (from 8am to 2pm or 9am to 3pm)
Pay rate: $35–$40/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Household maintenance: laundry, dishes/kitchen cleanup, ironing, vacuuming and mopping as needed, bathroom upkeep, desk cleaning.
- Dusting, trash/recycling, tidying, and pet-area cleanup, vacuuming furniture daily from pet hair
- Errands, including grocery shopping and occasional trips for clothing, home goods, or garden-center items
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a US driver's license and a car - (Required - no exceptions)
- Two recent references from private clients within the last 3–4 years
- Must be fluent in English
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
