We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook for a full-time, on-site position in Plano, TX. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Additional duties include ensuring food safety protocols, collaborating with the kitchen team, and assisting in managing inventory and supplies.

- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cuisines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred
- Culinary certification or degree is a plus
