What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is eager to learn, willing to work hard, and looking to build a long-term career in the asphalt maintenance industry. Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person who is ready to put in the effort and advance within our company.
Duties
- Operate sealcoating equipment, including spray wands, squeegees, blowers, and crack-filling machines.
- Perform asphalt repairs, including pothole patching, crack filling, and minor resurfacing.
- Assist with site preparation, including cleaning asphalt surfaces and setting up work zones.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Ensure even application of sealcoat materials for a smooth and durable finish.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Requirements & Skills
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Experience with sealcoating equipment and asphalt repair is preferred but not required—we will train the right person!
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibilities over time.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
