Job Overview
Lifeway Services LLC, is a Residential Care Agency for the intellectually disabled and adults with autism. We are actively seeking dependable and responsible caregivers. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. This position involves providing compassionate care and support to help clients achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning and training in self independence)
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Support clients in social activities and community engagement to promote inclusion and independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress towards goals.
- Paperwork including daily documentation, recording and administering daily medication.
- No experience necessary, paid training
- Overnight shifts run typically run between the hours of 8pm and 8am

DSP Requirements:
Age 18 or older
Must have valid Drivers License
Proof of auto insurance, valid vehicle registration and state inspection
