Maintenance Staff 1

Lifeway Services, LLC is currently seeking someone to fill the role of Maintenance Staff 1. This position will work directly under and report to our Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Description

Lifeway Services, LLC is a licensed Adult Residential Agency for adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.

Qualifications: Possess general knowledge in the following areas:

Basic Electrical

• Installing/Replacing: Outlets, Switches and Lights
• Replacing breakers
• Re-setting GFCI outlets
• Installing phone and cable jacks

Basic Plumbing

• Assembling and cleaning drains
• Installing fixtures to include: Sinks, Vanities, Showers, Tubs and Toilets

Basic Drywall Patch work

Installing: Flooring

Painting – interior and exterior

Basic Landscaping

Must be proficient with common hand and power tools.

Must be able to hook up, transport and back up small trailers.

Must have basic Computer and Math skills.

Description:

Full time (8:30 am -4:30 pm, Monday-Friday) in New Bethlehem and Punxsutawney areas.

Compensation:

• Pay Range of $19 - $21 per hour (depending on experience)
