This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote
Responsibilities
- Answers customer inquiries over the counter and via phone, chat, mail, fax and email
- Receives and enters customer orders
- Verifies customer purchasing information
- Recommends, promotes, and cross sells other resources
- Enters adjustment orders and credit memos
- Tracks lost or damaged shipments
- Investigates, analyzes, and resolves customer issues
- Conducts sales calls to introduce products and services to selected accounts and potential customers
Qualifications
Minimum Education Required:
- High School diploma
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
- General customer service or telephone sales
- Written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
- Advanced knowledge of the evangelical churches in different cultures and countries
