POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Recognition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the execution of recognition programs that celebrate and reward our Brand Partners across all levels. This position works closely with the Director of Global Recognition, regional markets, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of recognition initiatives that foster loyalty, engagement, and a culture of celebration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
- S Lead weekly reporting and global rank advancements, working with third-party vendors on fulfillmen
- t.Support all Recognition fulfillment initiatives, including 2-Star Director and 3-Star Director specialty fulfillmen
- t.Create and own recognition surveys, forms, and the Recognition Inbo
- x.Coordinate monthly online social celebrations for the North American market, with potential for global replication, working with Sales and Marketing team
- s.Support all recognition event
- s.Provide support for all recognition activities at Annual Conferenc
- e.Coordinate personalized recognition efforts for top Brand Partners' birthdays, LifeWave anniversaries, and other milestone
- s.Collaborate cross-functionally with the Events and Recognition teams to ensure alignment and execution excellenc
