POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Recognition Manager is a key driver in shaping and executing a world-class recognition strategy that celebrates and rewards our Brand Partners across all levels. We’re seeking a dynamic professional with proven expertise in project management, communications, social media engagement, data reporting, and event planning, someone who can elevate our recognition programs and create memorable, meaningful experiences that inspire and connect.
Reporting to the Director of Global Recognition, this role collaborates closely with regional markets and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful results. It requires strong leadership and a strategic focus on loyalty-building to strengthen Brand Partner retention and cultivate a culture of celebration within the field sales organization. By fostering meaningful connections and continuously enhancing our recognition efforts, this role plays a vital part in amplifying the reach and effectiveness of our global initiatives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the recognition social media strategy globally, setting a benchmark for excellence and consistency across global markets.
• Develop and manage recognition communications across all global markets, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand and voice, working with internal communications teams.
• Manage weekly recognition efforts by producing emails, social media posts, and leaderboard updates in collaboration with communications and creative teams, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned celebration of achievements.
• Support the planning and execution of all recognition events, including key experiences such as the 2-Star Executive HQ Retreat and the 3-Star Executive Dinner.
• Support and lead recognition efforts at the annual Conference, including VIP events, Hall of Fame, lounge experiences, reserved seating, gifting, awards, presentation slides, stage management, stage flow, and branded recognition swag.
• Research competitive programs both within and outside the direct selling industry.
• Lead holiday gifting for Top Brand Partners, oversee sourcing, vendor coordination, fulfillment, and shipping to deliver a premium holiday gifting experience that delights and celebrates top leaders.
• Lead global initiatives to ensure recognition remains vibrant, consistent, relevant, personalized, and timely across all markets.
• Travel to designated events to execute on-stage recognition, distribute awards, and provide support for incentive programs and annual recognition events.
• Work cross-functionally to support both the Events and Recognition teams, ensuring alignment and excellence across all initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the evolving needs of the recognition program and broader organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Project management experience is required, along with strong Excel skills.
• Prior network marketing preferred.
• The ability to demonstrate a solid work ethic daily that reflects our company values.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Passport is required for international travel.
• Travel Requirement is less than 20%.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to work at a computer workstation, accessing information and communicating via phone or video meetings. Mobility within the office and event venues is essential. The role frequently involves sitting or standing for extended periods and may occasionally require bending or crouching during event setup. Periodic travel by car, airplane, or other transportation methods is expected. The employee may occasionally be required to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
