Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of treatment delivery.
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and support client goals.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavioral health practices.
- Familiarity with ABA terminology, medical documentation standards, and patient assessment procedures.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and conduct intake assessments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with clients' families, educational teams, and healthcare providers.
