Lead Generation Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the voice that opens doors - connecting with leads, starting conversations with prospects, and fueling our sales pipeline! You'll team up with experienced sales pros and field leaders to turn interest into action. What You'll Do

• Connect with leads and prospects using dialing software to meet daily outreach goals
• Schedule sales appointments and support the sales team in driving results
• Respond to inquiries professional and escalate issues when needed
• Present solutions that align with customer goals and handle objections with confidence
• Collaborate with Sales Support and local teams to optimize schedules and outcomes
• Build trust by learning and sharing industry and product knowledge
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Become a power user and subject matter expert in our CRM system
• Partner with sales leadership to identify new growth opportunities and strategies
• Protect customer and company data with care and confidentiality
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Passion for sales, learning and building relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience (1-2 years) in sales, customer service, or a lead generation environment
• High School Diploma or GED required, post-secondary education strongly preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities
