Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Window Installer, based in Bend, OR. The Window Installer will be responsible for accurately measuring, fitting, and installing windows and doors while adhering to safety guidelines and company standards. Daily tasks include removing old fixtures, preparing installation sites, ensuring precise alignment of frames, and cleaning work areas post-installation. The role also requires clear communication with customers to address questions and provide excellent service, as well as maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications
- Experience with Window and Door Installation, including measuring, fitting, and aligning frames
- Skills in the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines for on-site installations
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Prior construction or carpentry experience is a plus
