Lifetime Home Remodeling is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Production Administrative Coordinator to support our new Corona office. This role plays a mission-critical part in keeping our fast-paced operations team aligned, efficient, and compliant as we bring our award-winning remodeling services to Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange counties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Job & Project Oversight:

  • Maintain and update job backlogs, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
  • Follow up with Project Managers to track job status, outstanding balances, and ensure collections efforts are aligned.
  • Submit accurate revenue reports and quarterly lead reports for potential audits.

Financial Administration:

  • Review job costing reports and provide insights to the Director of Operations.
  • Supervise accounts receivable, track outstanding balances, and assist with collections and payment deadlines.
  • Maintain and review Home Depot receipts and expense records; submit weekly reports to Accounting.

Regulatory Compliance & Task Management:

  • Ensure adherence to licensing, permitting, EPA guidelines, installer insurance audits, and background checks.
  • Monitor production tasks and enforce compliance across the organization.

Operational Support:

  • Partner with the Operations Support Administrator to manage Retail Program portals and assist in administrative efficiency initiatives.

What You Need:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in operations, finance, or administrative support, ideally within a construction, home services, or field operations setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and quoting or estimating software.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, tracking reports, and reviewing financial information.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily office-based role in our Corona location.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and work at a computer for most of the day.
