You take pride in completing transmission installation tasks accurately and efficiently, using the right tools to achieve strong results. Collaborating with team members, you focus on customer satisfaction and meeting company goals while adhering to high standards of workmanship. You effectively utilize digital vehicle inspection systems and consistently meet deadlines without compromising quality. With extensive real-world experience in both automatic and manual installation, you approach every job with the mindset: "It's my job, and it will be done right."
YOUR HOURS:

Our schedule runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN R&R TRANSMISSION TECHNICIAN:
- Current references from reputable businesses
- Ability to bring all tools of the trade
- Experience in the automotive transmission repair and installation industry
- Strong knowledge of the automotive and manual transmission installation industry
- 6 years of experience in automotive driveline/transmission environments is preferred
