Customer Service Rep - Sunnyvale Municipal Tennis Center (Part - Time)
Lifetime Activities is looking for a part-time customer service representative for it's location at the Sunnyvale Municipal Tennis Center. Description:
The ideal candidate possesses the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience for the Sunnyvale tennis and pickleball community by assisting with court reservations, racquet stringing, offering equipment recommendations, basic class placement advice to a diverse clientele. Must be able to anticipate the needs of knowledgeable patrons as well as new customers seeking advice and guidance. The ideal candidate is a friendly, customer focused individual who enjoys helping others and working in a positive team environment.
Duties include:
- Conduct point of sale transactions
- Help customers make court reservations and register for classes
- Answer phones and provide information on programs and services
- String racquets (training provided)
- General cleaning/disinfecting of the pro-shop, courts, and restrooms
- Must have reliable transportation
NOTE: This position is required by law to submit to a consumer investigative report. Applicants are also subject to a health screening, following a conditional offer of employment.

- Excellent phone etiquette and skills
- Detail oriented and great work ethic
- Friendly attitude and a desire to help people
- Eager to learn
- Knowledge of the following is a plus:
- Tennis and pickleball playing communities
- Racquet technology and stringing (training available)
- Point of sale and retail experience

Pay Range:
$23-$32/hr
Schedule:
Part Time - average of 15-20 hours a week, with emphasis on weekends
