Description:

The ideal candidate has an engaging personality and loves one or more of the activities we offer. This candidate enjoys helping and interacting with kids of all ages in activities we offer such as tennis, badminton, table-tennis, basketball, pickleball & chess. A willingness to contribute and operate within a team-based environment is essential to this role.

Skills, Qualities and Experience:

•  A fun, friendly and welcoming attitude that children respond well to is a must
•  The ability to communicate effectively and appropriately to a group of children
•  Patience when dealing with students that are new to the sport
•  Ability to follow a lesson plan and safety guidelines
•  Ability to work with a wide range and variety of skill levels (with a focus on beginning through intermediate skill levels)
•  Previous coaching experience and a solid playing ability is a plus
•  A wide range of games and drills to get students moving and having fun
•  A strong work-ethic that includes being punctual and professional at all times
• Reliable transportation

NOTE: This position is required by law to submit to a consumer investigative report. Applicants are also subject to a health screening, following a conditional offer of employment. 

Schedule:

This is a part-time position aimed at approximately 15 - 20 hours per week of coaching time.

4 hour blocks of availability required daily between 8am and 10pm on weekdays 

AND/OR 

4 hour blocks of availability required daily between 8am and 8pm on weekend

**Schedule and number of hours assigned are subject to change according to the needs of the business and can vary seasonally or session by session.**

Pay Range:

$24 - $27.14 / hour

Site Operating Hours - 

Monday - Friday:

8am - 10pm

Saturday & Sunday:

8am - 8pm
