This crucial role involves coordinating local and regional service operations, ensuring our high standards of quality and efficiency are consistently met. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of service technicians, ensuring they have the necessary support to deliver exceptional service to our clients. *This role is an onsite position M-F 10am-6pm.*
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and schedule technicians and other personnel to client properties within their assigned territories.
- Coordinate service schedules and manage workflow to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee service coordination and manage service team performance.
- Support service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist with regular training sessions for team members to improve skills and knowledge.
- Analyze service metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experience in construction operations, service management, and/or dispatching required.
- Experience as a dispatcher or related role is highly desired.
- Proficient with data entry and using various platforms and tools for documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
- Familiarity with industry safety regulations and compliance standards.
