Overview
Lifetime Lift and Dock is a small family owned business who is currently seeking a Handyman to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently by completing a variety of residential repair and improvement projects
This is a full time, year round position.
Requirements:
- Handyman, remodeling, carpentry, maintenance, or home-repair experience such as doors, windows, trim, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, decks, siding, painting, or household installations
- Ability to independently assess, plan, and complete a broad range of residential repairs
- Reliable transportation valid driver's license
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and safely perform the physical requirements of residential repair work
- Strong carpentry, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable performing minor plumbing and electrical work
Duties
- Installing and repairing doors, windows, trim, and cabinetry
- Repairing drywall and completing interior finish work
- Repairing decks, railings, siding, soffit, and fascia
- Installing flooring, shelving, and household fixtures
- Completing bathroom and kitchen updates
- Replacing faucets, light fixtures, switches, outlets, ceiling fans, and similar items
- Completing repairs and general home-maintenance projects
- Evaluating projects and determining appropriate repair solutions
- Documenting completed work, receipts, and materials
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
