What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping clients with policy changes and account questions
- Assisting customers by phone, text, and email
- Supporting agents with quotes and follow-up
- Helping create a smooth and positive customer experience
- Learning the insurance industry from the ground up
- Growing toward eventually becoming a licensed insurance agent
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Insurance license not required to start, but becoming licensed will be an expected goal after hiring
