The Opportunity

We are seeking Field Marketing Representatives (FMR) to conduct Door-to-Door Canvassing to join our energetic and rapidly expanding marketing and sales force. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, enjoys being outdoors, takes pride in connecting with homeowners to spark interest in home improvement solutions, and wants to make lots of money.

As an FMR, you'll be on the front line - the first impression of Lifetime HRG - helping homeowners learn about our trusted remodeling services and scheduling free in-home consultations. Your energy and communication skills will fuel our growth and your own advancement.

What You'll Do Initially

  • Neighborhood Outreach: Engage with homeowners in targeted areas to introduce Lifetime HRG's home improvement services (windows, roofing, siding, doors, gutters, and bath remodeling).
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and schedule free in-home consultations for our professional design consultants in Burlington, Gloucester, and Camden Counties.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of Lifetime HRG, creating a positive, professional impression in every interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your Team Lead and VP of Sales to reach daily and weekly appointment goals.
  • Drive Results: Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

The Future: What You Can Evolve Into

  • Field Team Lead or Canvassing Manager: Demonstrate results, leadership, and reliability, and you'll be fast-tracked into leadership - managing canvassing teams, developing new territories, and mentoring new team members.

OR

  • Outside Sales: Team members who excel in the canvassing role will have an opportunity to be promoted to an in-home sales consultant

Sales Leadership at Lifetime HRG

At the helm of Lifetime HRG's growth is Douglas Suessegger, Vice President of Sales and Chief Growth Officer - a proven leader with decades of experience driving high-performance teams and scaling national sales operations in both D2C and B2B segments.

Before joining Lifetime in July 2025, Douglas served as Executive Global Vice President of Sales for a Fortune 500 company, overseeing international markets and building teams that broke records year after year.

Now, he's channeling that expertise into building Lifetime's next generation of industry leaders - mentoring ambitious individuals who are ready to seize opportunities and grow fast. Under his leadership, Lifetime HRG isn't just expanding - we're developing tomorrow's sales leaders today.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Previous home services canvassing or sales experience is required
  • Requirements: Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
  • The Hiring Process
  • We are looking to hire 3-5 FMRs by mid-November
  • Phone Screen: Interested candidates will have a 15-30 minute prescreen interview
  • In-Person: After the prescreen, candidates who advance to the next step will be invited to an in-person interview in our Haddon Headquarters
  • Once Hired: We will apply for your canvassing permits within the specific cities where we'll be canvassing. Once the permits are issued, there will be a two-day paid training
  • Working Hours: Initially, working hours will be approximately 30-hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday. High performing FMRs will be offered unlimited hours and schedule flexibility after probationary period.
