Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marianna, Florida, for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, creating and implementing business strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. You will also focus on expanding the company’s market presence while maintaining strong industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Building, and Negotiation
• Experience with Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Competitive Analysis
• Knowledge of Product Pitching, Client Acquisition, and Retention Techniques
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and work independently
• Preferred experience in eco-conscious product markets or coatings industries
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
