Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing B2B (business-to-business) engagement and e-commerce growth
• Lead and manage diverse marketing, advertising, and public relations teams to foster innovation, collaboration, and high performance
• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, print advertising, and digital platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords
• Utilize web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and inform data-driven decision making
• Manage demand generation marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing customers through targeted content marketing, SEO strategies, and marketing automation tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales teams, graphic designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all touchpoints
• Implement innovative marketing automation systems integrated with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for streamlined campaign management and customer engagement
• Oversee content writing initiatives for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts that support brand positioning and thought leadership
• Direct the development of engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance campaign impact
• Drive performance marketing efforts by optimizing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager while managing budgets effectively
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, competitors’ strategies to identify new opportunities for growth
• Lead the development of web content using WordPress or HTML to ensure an engaging user experience on company websites
• Monitor web analytics metrics regularly to report on ROI (Return on Investment) for various campaigns and initiatives

Skills

• Proven expertise in multichannel marketing including digital marketing, social media marketing, print advertising, and email campaigns
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility
• Experience managing advertising sales initiatives to expand market reach
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation
• Skilled in content marketing strategies including content writing for diverse formats
• Hands-on experience implementing marketing automation tools integrated with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Deep understanding of web analytics reporting using Google Analytics or similar platforms for performance tracking
• Expertise in demand generation marketing techniques aimed at lead acquisition and nurturing pipeline growth
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration among teams across different departments or regions
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketing campaigns from inception through execution and analysis
• Knowledge of social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads
• Data-driven decision-making skills supported by analytics insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Familiarity with WordPress website management; basic HTML knowledge is a plus
• Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams in high-growth environments
