About the Role:
Lifetime Family Medicine LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our clinical team at our Family Medicine office in Gainesville, VA. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily clinical nursing operations within a fast-paced family medicine office
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and performance of nursing and medical assistant staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, OSHA standards, and HIPAA regulations
- Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, and care coordination
- Conduct staff training, onboarding, and ongoing clinical education
- Monitor and maintain medication management, vaccine administration, and supply inventory
- Serve as a point of escalation for patient concerns and clinical issues
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia
- 2 years of nursing experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred
- Prior supervisory or lead nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, EMR systems (Athenahealth preferred), and medical office procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Compassionate, organized, and patient-focused demeanor
