Position Overview:
We are seeking a Touchless Cover Sales/Installer to join our team. This role combines hands-on field work with detailed administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. The successful candidate will install and service Touchless Boat Cover systems, communicate directly with customers, and ensure that all project details are accurately captured for ordering and installation.
This position will be based out of our Jacksboro office, with regular travel (approximately 1–2 days per week) to job sites across Middle Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to job sites to perform site assessments, installations, and service work for Touchless Boat Cover systems.
- Accurately measure, record, and document all details required to create precise ordering templates.
- Collaborate with customers, builders, and internal team members to ensure each project meets design and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit sales orders, installation reports, and project documentation with exceptional accuracy.
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for installations or customer concerns.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical, construction, or mechanical installation role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy — precision in measurements and documentation is critical.
- Comfort and proficiency using digital tools and templates for ordering and project tracking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage travel efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work safely in outdoor environments.
