Contracts Processor

Description

We are seeking a meticulous Contracts Processor to manage all aspects of the contract process, including preparing, revising examining and analyzing all appropriate documents. This person will maintain and keep a record of all contracts and related repots, logs and transactions.

Essential Duties:

• Verify sales information and accurately type up contracts for final processing.
• Log all contracts and related information into the database system promptly and accurately.
• Process payments and manage financial transactions associated with contracts.
• Handle contract edits, cancellations and other modifications as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in contract processing, legal assistance or a similar role.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels within the company, as well as with external partners.
• Familiarity with legal requirements and standards associated with contracts.
• Excellent time management skills and accountability.
• Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail with a knack for identifying discrepancies and errors.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling inquiries and communications effectively.
