- Oversee daily production operations across multiple business lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion of work.
- Supervise, coach, and support staff, including scheduling, performance management, and ongoing development.
- Monitor workflows, staffing needs, materials, and production timelines to ensure contract and customer expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD, ISO, NAID, NYSID, OSHA, Department of Labor (14c), and other regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, certifications, and reporting requirements across all production areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support contract management, production analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety protocols, inspections, and incident reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with vocational services to align production work with the abilities and development of individuals supported.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of production or operations experience required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and individuals supported.
