Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)

- Own communications across calls, emails, correspondence, and deliveries with responsiveness and polish.
- Drive coordination of meetings, trainings, instructors, and rooms — making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build and maintain clean, reliable records, files, and databases that the whole team depends on.
- Be the go-to resource for staff navigating scheduling systems, shared calendars, and office tools.
- Leverage the full power of Microsoft Office Suite to produce sharp reports, documents, and communications.
- Keep the office humming by troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and confidently.
- A solid foundation — an Associate degree or 2 years of proven office experience. ( Must be on your resume to be considered)
- Microsoft Office fluency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — you don't just know the tools, you make them work for you.
- A sharp eye and organized mind — you catch what others miss and keep priorities straight without being asked.
- Communication skills that shine — whether you're writing a quick email or presenting to a room, you're clear, confident, and professional.
- An adaptable, team-first attitude — you thrive in a fast-moving environment and bring positive energy with you.
- A genuine enthusiasm for supporting training events and people-centered programs (with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends).
- Physical readiness to move supplies (up to 25 lbs) and operate A/V equipment like a pro.
- Experience with UKG.
- Experience supporting training programs, events, or employee engagement activities.
