The candidate must have (or be willing to obtain) a Florida Autonomous APRN License to join our dynamic team at our beautiful Cape Coral, FL location. We offer treatments for low testosterone, menopause relief, weight management, and personalized functional medicine direct primary care.
Our practice has been rapidly growing in one of the fastest-growing industry of health and wellness. We are proud to provide superior service, treatment, and patient outcomes and are now seeking a full-time Autonomous Nurse Practitioner who can provide exceptional care to join our team.
This position offers a competitive hourly base pay of $50.00 - $55.00 per hour and is perfect for the professional looking to enter into wellness care.

SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough health assessments and provide treatment recommendations
- Prepare medications as needed for refills
- Educate patients about eating habits, exercise, and overall well-being
- Conduct in-office follow-up visits as needed
- Administer IV therapy if needed
- Adhere to LifeSynergy's policies and procedures to ensure patient safety
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) program
- Current state-issued Autonomous APRN (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with health and wellness a plus (Functional Medicine, HRT, Weight Loss Therapy, TRT, IV Therapy)
- Ability to stay updated on the latest functional medicine protocols
- A commitment to patient goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Base hourly rate of $50.00 - $55.00 per hour.
