Join us as a part-time HR Intern in Hudson Yards, NY (Wed–Thu in office, Fri remote). You’ll get hands-on experience in employee experience, talent management, and HR process improvements—perfect for building real-world skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with performance management timelines and feedback tracking
- Help with wellness events, surveys, and HR communications
- Maintain HR systems and employee records
- Research HR trends (DEI, compliance, best practices) and share insights
- Jump in on special projects like HR tech rollouts and process improvements
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Curiosity about employee experience, culture, and people analytics
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic team
- Bonus: experience with HRIS or tools like Workday, BambooHR, or Qualtrics
