We’re looking for a curious, commercially minded Demand Planner to join our fast-moving North America Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of the action, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning to build smart forecasts, spot risks and opportunities, and keep our business moving with confidence. What You’ll Own:

• Own demand planning for key SKUs and customer channels across North America
• Lead monthly forecast cycles by bringing together insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Track demand signals versus actuals, explain what changed, and recommend clear next steps
• Partner with Supply and Inventory Planning teams to ensure product availability and optimal inventory
• Maintain forecast accuracy KPIs and support improvements in forecast performance
• Monitor trends, promotions, seasonality, and new product launches to inform demand plans
• Drive the local S&OP process with data-led insights and accurate forecasting inputs
• Collaborate with commercial teams on key customer and retailer planning
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning tools and reporting

What Your Day Could Look Like:

• Build and deliver weekly and monthly forecasts and reporting packages that help teams act quickly
• Turn market trends, consumption data, and commercial assumptions into a clear company sales forecast
• Bring cross-functional teams together to align assumptions, challenge thinking, and drive accountability
• Spot risks and opportunities early so supply, inventory, and commercial teams can respond with confidence
• Support system clean-up, master data accuracy, and planning optimization to make the process even better
• Act as the forecasting lead for select product categories or customer segments

What You’ll Bring:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in CPG or consumer healthcare
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in ERP and supply chain planning systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment with shifting priorities

Preferred

• Experience in sexual wellness, lifestyle or personal care categories
• Familiarity with POS data analysis and retailer-specific forecasting
• Understanding of S&OP or IBP processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
