Mid Level and Senior Industrial Designers

We partner with the world’s leading outdoor, consumer, and performance brands to design products that are purposeful, market ready, and emotionally resonant. Our studio is small and highly experienced. Clients trust us with meaningful challenges because we bring clarity, rigor, and taste to every engagement. We work closely with founders, brand leaders, and engineers to launch products that last.

We work across categories from outdoor equipment to wearable technology to high end consumer electronics and more. Every project demands creative range, strategic thinking, and an ability to connect form to function. We value designers who can see the whole picture, shape direction, and create newness that feels both inevitable and fresh.

This role is for creative designers who can move fluidly from early concept development to CAD exploration, visualization, and refinement. You should be comfortable taking ownership, presenting to clients, and influencing direction with confidence. Our pace is focused and efficient, without chaos or corporate noise.

We are also looking for designers who are fluent with AI as an extension of their creative process. People who can use AI to accelerate ideation, broaden exploration, enrich storytelling, and unlock new forms of innovation.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience for mid level and 5 to 10 years for senior level designing and launching consumer products

• Strong ability to create fast and formal CAD along with high quality visual concepts

• Ability to simplify complex challenges and connect form to function

• Experience across multiple product categories and design languages

• A passion for innovation, strategy, and building new ideas from the ground up

• Fluency with AI tools for concept generation, visualization, and early exploration

• Confidence in design reviews and client presentations

• Natural communicator and active team collaborator

• Experience with performance consumer electronics, outdoor gear, wearables, or lifestyle products is a plus

• A strong creative point of view and a desire to be part of a tight, highly motivated team
