Lifestyledesign is looking for an exceptional industrial designer who combines creativity, intelligence, taste, and range.

This is an opportunity to help shape meaningful products, brands, and new opportunities across a wide spectrum of categories. We are looking for someone with strong creative ability, good judgment, and the drive to contribute across innovation, concept development, visualization, and execution.

We work across outdoor, sporting goods, wearables, high tech, and other evolving lifestyle categories. Our work ranges from early innovation and design strategy through concept creation, visualization, design development, and implementation. This role is for someone who understands that great product work lives at the intersection of insight, relevance, form, and feasibility.

What You Will Do

• Create compelling product concepts across a wide range of categories
• Contribute to innovation, design strategy, and opportunity development
• Translate user insight into relevant, differentiated product direction
• Develop strong form, function, and CMF with a high level of design sensitivity
• Use sketching, AI enabled visualization, and CAD to bring ideas to life quickly and convincingly
• Help shape products from front end thinking through refined execution
• Collaborate closely with the team to develop meaningful, commercially relevant design solutions
• Build presentations and design stories that communicate ideas clearly and persuasively

What You Bring

• Exceptional creativity and critical thinking
• Strong sketching and concept development skills
• Advanced AI enabled ideation and visualization ability
• Strong CAD skills, preferably NURBS based and or advanced surfacing in SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing, and real world feasibility
• Strong sense of form, proportion, relevance, and CMF
• Ability to move between strategy and execution
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Degree in Industrial Design
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
