Residential Service Workers
New starting wage has been increased to $20.00 per hour. We have doubled our sign on bonus for new employees to $400 after 30 days, $600 after 180 days, and $1,000 after 1 year.

We Are Looking For Highly Motivated Individuals To Assist Individuals With Intellectual Disabilities With Day-today Tasks, Including, But Not Limited To:
- Maintain the safety of our consumers.
- Plan and attend activities and other creative ideas to engage with our consumers (shopping, local events, etc.).
- Help our consumers with cooking and household duties.
- Assisting with our consumer's hygiene and overall well-being.
- Helping consumers to lead a more independent lifestyle.
- Complete documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Maintain confidential information pertaining to our consumers.
- 3-4 days off per week with our Block Schedules.
- 36 and 48 hour work weeks (12-Hour Shifts)
- Comprehensive Paid Training
Valid PA Driver's License
