Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training and development programs (training provided on systems and processes)
- Communicate professionally with individuals seeking personal and professional development
- Manage phone and email outreach to qualified leads
- Create and share educational or marketing content to support engagement
- Participate in live or recorded training, mentoring, and professional development sessions
- Follow established strategies and tools to support learning outcomes
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 years of professional experience in coaching, training, leadership, education, consulting, or related roles
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using digital tools and managing remote workflow
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet access
Compensation & Structure
- Flexible compensation structure aligned with individual effort and productivity.
- Independent contractor (1099)
